Due to Coronavirus we have had to temporarily close our shop because we do not have staff in the office who can process orders. We do thank you for wanting to shop with us and hope that you will return once we are back to business as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. What are our Post and Packing charges?

P&P is charged as in the table below.  Please note that there is free delivery on all orders over £50.

For orders up to £5 we charge £2.00 P&P
For orders up to £10 we charge £3.50 P&P
For orders up to £20 we charge £4.50 P&P
For orders up to £50 we charge £7.00 P&P

When will my order arrive?

We process all the orders in the Froglife office as soon as possible. Please allow 14 days for delivery. We also advise on the last order date before Christmas to make sure that your gifts arrive in time.
We use Royal Mail to deliver all our items and have found them to be very reliable. If yours don’t turn up within 14 days of your order, please get in touch with Marie Homewood in the Froglife office on 01733 602102 or email Marie.Homewood@froglife.org

Is your site secure?

All payment transactions are handled on our behalf by trusted third parties Fastcart and Worldpay who use secure servers and will not contact you other than to confirm your purchases. When you go to the checkout and start to enter your personal details, you will see the secure symbol in your browser window. Items will appear on your card bill as Worldpay.
